A Teacher's Life

My name is Bethany Avery and this will be my 7th year teaching (I can’t believe it’s been that long already!) I spent 5 years teaching 2nd grade and this will be my 2nd year teaching 3rd grade, and I adore it! I think my niche is 3rd grade, the age is perfect for me! I feel like God has given me a heart for kids because I’ve only ever wanted to be a teacher! I have been married for a year to Anthony, who I love and adore! I’m sure it’s hard being married to a teacher because my job is never left at work but he loves hearing about my kids, meeting them, and helping me with the messy and amazing projects that go on in my classroom. We live in Mesa, Arizona which means we should get medals for braving the heat for 4 months out of the year  I love living a healthy lifestyle, cooking and trying new types of food, and being around my family and friends.
